Creating a wallet generates new key material; importing uses existing recovery information. Both should happen only in a wallet environment you deliberately selected.
Viewing a public address never requires importing its private key.

If a transaction remains pending, inspect it before submitting another one.
Balance-display issues often start with network context
A missing token in the interface does not automatically mean it disappeared. Check chain, token contract, address, and whether the wallet hides the asset.

Choose the guide that matches the problem
Use creation and backup guides before wallet access, network and asset guides for balance differences, transaction lookup for delayed transfers, and Web3 guides for DApp prompts.
Map symptoms to the right guide
Solve one layer at a time. Do not re-import a wallet before confirming the chain, and do not duplicate a transfer before checking a pending transaction.
Guides can provide a review sequence but should never collect a seed phrase, private key, or verification code.
